The Tools menu
Open the Tools menu by clicking the arrow in the page title bar in the upper left corner of your editing screen, as shown in this screenshot.
To the right of each menu item is the shortcut symbol to access it. The symbols will are based on your desktop operating system. This menu has the following choices:
Publishes the layout without closing the Blackbaud Builder editor.
Saves the layout on the current page as a template
Copies the entire page and all metadata from the back end. Creates and opens a new page or post with “copy” in the title.
Opens a preview screen, where you can preview as a small, medium, or large device. Click Continue editing to return to the Blackbaud Builder editing screen.
Edit your layout directly in a medium or small device view, as shown in this screenshot. Click Exit to return to large screen editing.
Display the previously published revisions available to revert to. The number of revisions available is displayed in brackets. Only published pages count as revisions. Saved drafts of pages are not available as revisions. See the related article for more details about how to revert to previous versions.
You can now access the history of changes to your layouts and use keyboard shortcuts for undo and redo. For more information on this feature, see the related article.
